I wanted to show the bond between the man and his dog. I made sure that he and the dog were in focus while everything else was out of focus.

To make this photo I put the picture of me on top of a picture of clouds then erased the photo on top to make it look like I was sitting on clouds.

My Choice

My Choice 

I created an assignment where I took pictures of dogs at a show. I took about 40 pictures at a dog show I went to the other weekend. I liked choosing my own assignment because I got to take pictures of things that I enjoy taking pictures of.

 I used the light straight on and took the picture from the side, that way part of his face was lit and the other had a shadow

I like the sunlight in this photo and the depth of field. I also like that you can see the barn in the background, and the detail of the fence.

 This has a lot of rich colors. The sky, leaves, and the grape vines all contrast with each other. I also like that the tree is in the corner.

This has a lot of bright colors. I like how it is a close up of the  gords but you can also see the skyline.

This was a picture of my friend and her dog with a picture of different colored lanterns over it. I thought that the lights would look cool in the empty blue space.

This is a picture of the sky with a portrait over it. I liked how the clouds fill the empty space in the portrait.
